The top level holds 3 more bedrooms a family bathroom and a second lounge room with 2 sofa beds.

The property is on a large block that backs onto walking tracks and the creek so you have direct access but this means the yard is not fully fenced at the rear. Please note that the top lounge room has 2 sofa beds so please let us know if you would like these made up
